HBO MAX

To launch the new streaming service Max in Denmark, HBO Max took their stories off the screen and onto the festival stage. Together with legendary producer Rune Rask, we created a one-off live experience where iconic title themes from Max series and films – from Batman and White Lotus to Euphoria and Sex & The City – were sampled into a 15-minute mega mix and performed live at AiaSound.

To match the idea, we levelled up the stage: extra LED screens on every leg of the 360° skyliner, a wrapped and animated DJ booth, and a custom lighting and visual package that synced with each soundtrack moment. No heavy logos, no hard sell – just a subtle takeover where the music felt like Max.

The result? Thousands of festival-goers dancing to the sound of their favourite shows, instantly recognising the themes, singing along and sharing the moment on social. A launch that didn’t just tell people Max had arrived – it let them hear it.
